Q. How much do you charge?

It's impossible for me to give an accurate price for my services without knowing what your goals and timescales are. My advice is to book a submit a coaching application so we can discuss things in more detail.

Q. Do I need a gym membership?

No. I have had many clients who prefer to workout at home or simply increase how active they are on a day to day basis.

Q. What happens if I don't know how to do a particular exercise?

On the app all exercises are accompanied by a demonstration video and step by step instructions. If you're still struggling I can help you with them directly or alter your training programme.

Q. Do you provide meal plans?

Some clients benefit from set meal plans in the early stages and they can be provided.

Q. What happens if I don't achieve the results I wanted?

Before working together we ensure we are crystal clear on what the goal is. If we don't achieve this in the agreed timescale but you have done everything expected of you, I'll continue coaching you free of charge until you do.

Q. How often will we speak if we work together?

We keep in touch regularly. Not only do you have weekly check ins and monthly progress reviews, but I like to touch base with you frequently to make sure you are doing ok.
